Blue House handles
Site search and lease, design and build-out, front desk staff, cleaning, maintenance and medical waste, exam-room equipment and supplies, network and access, and property and general liability insurance.
Take half the site, all of it, or a custom build
Block of Rooms
4 to 7 rooms in a new co-branded Blue House site, and we fill the rest. 2, 5 or 10-year terms. Best for entering New York or adding a neighborhood.
Full Site
All 8 rooms, branded as your clinic. 5 or 10-year terms. Best for established patient volume in one area.
Build-to-Suit
A larger location designed to your spec and funded by us. 5 or 10-year terms. Best for multi-site rollouts and specialty needs.
The small print
Every partnership starts at 4 rooms, 5 days a week. Our standard exam rooms suit primary care, sports medicine, PM&R, psychiatry and behavioral health, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, dermatology, women’s health, cardiology, allergy, pulmonology, obesity medicine, pediatrics, podiatry and geriatrics. Higher-spec rooms (imaging, scopes, infusion) are available for anchor and build-to-suit partners.
